Returns
The customer has 15 calendar days to request a warranty claim for an accessory, counting from the moment the product is delivered. Returns due to misuse of the product are not accepted.
The product must be complete, in perfect condition for sale, with original accessories (if applicable) and in its original box.

Photograph of the accessory and reason for returning the product
The package will be sent to the customer via email, all dressed up. This must be printed and attached to the package (delivered in perfect condition with the same packaging). The customer will then take the package to the nearest Estafeta or FedEx location.
*The accessory will be exchanged for the same model. If the product is out of stock, it will be exchanged for one of the same price or higher. If the price is higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference. Customers may also opt for a cash reward if the product is out of stock.
Does not apply to accessories with discounts
We are not financially responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address if the error was on the part of the customer.
