The period that the customer will have to request a guarantee for an accessory will be 15 calendar days counting from the moment the product is delivered. Returns caused by misuse of the product are not accepted.

The product must be complete, in perfect condition for sale, with original accessories (if applicable) and in its original box.

Date when the purchase was made
Photograph of the accessory and reason for returning the product
Sorella will send the customer the parcel guide by e-mail. And this must be printed and attached to the package (Deliver in perfect conditions with the same packaging). Subsequently, the customer will take the package to the nearest Estafeta or Fedex.

*The accessory will be changed for the same model. If the product is out of stock, it will be exchanged for one of the same or higher price. If it is higher, the client must pay the difference. The customer may also choose a monetary bonus, in case the product is out of stock.

Does not apply to accessories with discounts

We are not financially responsible for lost packages or sent to the wrong address if the error was on the part of the customer.
